Liza Coker
Lisa has 8 years of Yoga experience and began her journey with yoga in 2003. She studied yoga for 4 years in London and during this time completed a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, deepening her understanding and respect for the human body. Lisa is qualified and trained in teaching many types of yoga including zen essence, Ashtanga, power yoga and Thai yoga massage. During Lisa’s studies she qualified as an Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher in Costa Rica and upon moving back to Australia, left the corporate world to immense herself in yoga full time.
